For the 3-Month Men’s Coaching Program, a full refund is available up to 14 days before the program begins, and a 50% refund is offered for cancellations made 7–13 days prior. No refunds are available within 7 days of the program start, and once coaching has commenced, no refunds will be issued; however, you will retain access to all program materials and community for the duration. We do offer transfer options: you may transfer your spot to another participant with approval or apply your payment to a future group within 6 months (one-time transfer only). This policy is in place to preserve the integrity and quality of our coaching container, which requires advance preparation, dedicated resources, and careful group curation. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, committing to your own growth and that of the group. Our strict refund policy supports the coach-client relationship and upholds the transformation process by ensuring resource allocation and preparation are honored—each coaching journey involves dedicated time slots and tailored work, and last-minute cancellations prevent us from serving others who are ready to commit.
